We have 12 distribution centers located in the following states: California, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Maryland, Michigan, Missouri, New Jersey, Tennessee, and Texas.

Who are your customers?
We service OTC retailers, professional distributors, redistributors, and salon & spa chains.

How do I request a catalog and/or sales sheet?
Fill out our online form and we will ship your requested items to you ASAP.

What is your order minimum? Free shipping?
Our minimum order is $100. Beauty Logica is happy to provide free shipping on all invoice orders over $800 within the contiguous United States. Products sold by the gallon can consist up to 40% of your total order and still receive free shipping. FOB shipping for Alaska, Hawaii and international shipments.

How do I open a New Account?
To open a new account, we only need 2 documents:

      1. A completed New Account Form, and
      2. A copy of your business resale license

Do you accept international orders?
Yes! Please note that some products have international restrictions.  For all first time international orders, a copy of your credit card and driver's license and/or passport may be necessary for order verification.

What are my payment options?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, check, money order, COD, and terms. For terms and a credit application please contact a Beauty Logica Sales Representative at (866) 518-5272.

Where is my order placed & shipped from?
Beauty Logica has 11 distribution centers across the United States. To provide quick delivery, we ship from one of our 11 distribution centers closest to you.


RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Returns will be accepted within 30 days of the invoice date, as long as the product is in its original packaging and in resalable condition.

A Return Authorization (RA) number is required for all returns and must be included with all return shipments. To receive an RA number, please talk to your sales representative, contact us at (866) 518-5272 or info@beautylogica.com.

A 20% restocking fee will be issued for the following:

  • Items returned without an RA number,
  • Items returned with price stickers or labeling not applied by Beauty Logica

No credit or exchange will be processed until the merchandise has been received and inspected. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
