We have 12 distribution centers located in the following states: California, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Maryland, Michigan, Missouri, New Jersey, Tennessee, and Texas.

How do I request a catalog and/or sales sheet?
Contact a Sales Representative at (866) 518-5272 or at info@beautylogica.com and we will ship your requested items to you ASAP!

What is your order minimum? Free shipping?
Our minimum order is $100. Beauty Logica is happy to provide free shipping on all invoice orders over $800.

How do I open a New Account?
To open a new account, we only need 2 documents:

  1. A completed New Customer Form, and
  2. A copy of your business resale license.

Do you accept international orders?
Yes! Please note that some products have international restrictions. Contact a Sales Representatives for more details.

What are my payment options?
We ask our new customers to pre-pay (Visa, MasterCard, check, or money order) to establish a personal guarantee. After reviewing your order history, we will be glad to establish terms.


RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What if my products arrive damaged?
If your order was damaged in shipment by the carrier, take not of the damage on the Bill of Lading and have the truck driver sign it. A copy of the Bill of Lading is required when contacting your Sales Representative regarding your claim. Claims must be made within 3 days of delivery.

What is your return policy?
Returns will be accepted up to 6 months from the invoice date as long as the product is in its original package and/or in resalable condition. Specially marked items (close-outs and discontinued products) cannot be returned. No credit or exchange will be processed until the merchandise has been received and inspected. A 20% restocking fee will be issued for returned merchandise.

How do I make a return?
We recommend that your return or exchange is sent via UPS or freight for your protection and to insure prompt delivery. We're sorry, but return shipping fees are not refundable. Please contact your Sales Representative for return procedures.
